Folklore Spritz cocktail at Itinerant Spirits

Itinerant Spirits’ Heritage Festival Cocktail, Folklore Spritz, calls to the wanderers and stayers, those who made their own fun and mixed together tasty treats around the campfire, dinner table or dancefloor, telling stories and singing songs to entertain during the daily grind or exciting stints on the goldfields.

Folklore Spritz highlights ingredients that would have been common during the Goldrush era in Ballarat, such as cherry preserves and raspberry jam. Best’s Sparkling Shiraz was invented here in the 1890s, a pioneering and iconic contribution to the global wine world. We’ll have the Sparkling Shiraz on offer too.
