Cincotta Sour cocktail at Renard

Our building is well known for the Cincotta occupants that ran a flower shop and green grocer for generations. Ballarat locals fondly recall from their childhood the building and its proprietors.
The cocktail infuses these elements of floral and fruity notes to create a cocktail that all can enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • Rose gin
  • Rhubarb mistelle
  • Strawberry
  • Pomegranate
  • Lemon juice
  • Aquafaba
