Culinary Director Tim Foster and Head Chef Hunter Tacuyan will curate a five course, long table lunch showcasing time honoured techniques, heirloom varieties and flavoured memories from their past presented in the contemporary style of Babae. Wine match available. Complimentary drink in the forest garden on arrival.

David Cook-Doulton, owner of Hotel Vera will present their restoration journey, protecting a heritage building yet giving it a contemporary purpose.
