Does your Pooch have a solid beard or some fancy clothes?

On Sunday May 28, to cap off Ballarat Heritage Festival and the annual Ballarat Beard & Stache Competition, Hop Temple at is holding it’s the Dog Beard and Stache Comp.

The legends at PETstock are sponsoring the comp and have given us some awesome prizes to spoil your dog.

The comp kicks off at 2:00pm and there will be two Categories:

Best Dog Beard and/or Stache (first prize $250 PETstock Voucher)

Best Dressed Doggo (first prize $100 PETstock Voucher)

So if your dog has a beard or a bit of creative flare we hope to see you there at the Hop Temple Sunday 28.

  • Hop Temple is accessed via a bluestone laneway. The design is open, and it can be entered either through the side door or, when open, large double doors that open directly on to the lane. Ambulant toilet with side and rear bars and a padded backrest.
