Experience the history of cocktails during Heritage Festival at Roy Hammond!
Australia has a long history with alcohol, from 13.6L of pure alcohol per head being consumed in the 1830s, to the prohibition of alcohol sales on the Goldfields in the 1860s, to ‘Civilised’ drinking becoming the norm known and loved in the 1960s.
Roy’s will take you on a storytelling journey while you enjoy cocktails from their curated Heritage created with local produce.
You can explore their curated list of historical cocktails at any time, but between 3-5pm daily you can choose two cocktails from the list for only $35.
Tickets are available online, or upon visitation.
